I think I’m going to take up intermittent fasting, just liquids maybe.
Probably going to just do the 20/4 version ‘cause I would die if I didn’t have something that long, 24? No thanks. Oh Well, Oh Well.
Probably doing it Sunday, then adding 1+ days each week so I can ease myself into it.
